Instead of being one face in a crowd, you work directly with your Trainer in a focused, private setting. Every session is personalised to suit your exact goals, abilities, and needs.

Training designed around you
If you have any health conditions, injuries, special needs, likes or dislikes, or if you are new to exercise and need extra support, one-on-one personal training is ideal. Your Trainer will modify and adjust every exercise so you can move safely, confidently, and correctly. Sessions are structured to match your pace and progress, so you never feel overwhelmed or out of place.
Train on your terms
If set times or locations do not suit you, personal training offers complete flexibility. You can train at a time and location that works best for you, including the option for your Trainer to come to your home. You get the structure and motivation often associated with a boot camp, combined with the convenience, privacy, and results-focused approach of personal training.
