Not your average boot camp, our small group Personal Training gives you a much more intimate training experience, but still with all the boot camp exercises you know and love. HIIT, kickboxing, functional training, weights, cardio, battle ropes and much more, but with the close personal attention you just can’t get from your regular large group boot camp.
Kangaroo Point boot camp
Depending on your experience level and your goals, we match you to a group of like-minded clients so everyone can work together at the same level. If we happen to not have a Kangaroo Point boot camp/ small group session time slot to suit you, why not put together your own small group of friends/family/co-workers and get the Trainer at the time and location that suits you, and you can save money by sharing the cost between you.

With the small group size you will always get personalised sessions, tailored for your unique needs, medical conditions or injuries, to ensure the best results, safety, and most enjoyment every session. It’s too easy to get lost in a big crowded boot camp, but because our sessions are capped at just 8 people – you will never be just another face in the crowd. Your Trainer will get to know all about you and your needs, to customise your sessions, to get you results fast!
