Our Small Group Personal Training is better than boot camp. Every session is different and packed full of boot camp style exercises as well as a variety of functional training, HIIT, kickboxing, boxing, body weight exercises, ab training, fit balls, medicine balls, kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension training, exercise bikes and a whole lot more. The big difference is our small class sizes. With just 8 people in your session, your Personal Trainer will get to know you, and will customise every session to your needs, to get you the best results.
You will never be just another number completing a generic workout with our small group boot camp sessions. Rather than having a timetable listed on our website, we carefully select our groups to include people with similar goals and abilities to help us motivate and cater to the whole team in a personalised way. If you’re interested in a particular time or location shoot us through an enquiry and tell us a bit more about you, so we can let you know what time slots we have available that might suit you.
Alternatively if we don’t have any options available in your area you can always put together your own small group of friends/family/co-workers and book in a private Personal Training session at the time and place you choose to suit you best. You can split the cost between you to make it super personal and super affordable!
