Our Personal Training method, which started on the Gold Coast, is designed entirely around you. Your trainer takes the time to understand your goals, abilities, medical history, injuries, and preferences. Youโre never compared to others or expected to keep up with a group. Instead, every session is built to help you progress at the right pace with full attention, support, and guidance.

Tailored training program
Youโll still enjoy the fun, challenging, and motivating exercises youโd expect from a boot camp, including boxing, kickboxing, functional training, HIIT, resistance and weight training, and cardio. The difference is that your program is fully tailored to you. Every exercise, intensity level, and progression is carefully selected to ensure you train safely, confidently, and effectively.
The time and location that suits you
If scheduled session times or locations donโt suit your lifestyle, we offer flexible one-on-one Personal Training options. Unlike group training, personal training allows you to choose the time and location that work best for you. Your trainer can even come to your home, giving you maximum convenience, privacy, and consistency.
