Our Personal Training approach, which started on the Gold Coast, is designed entirely around you. Your Trainer takes the time to understand your goals, abilities, medical history, injuries, likes, and dislikes, so every workout is matched to your needs. You are never compared to others or expected to keep up. Instead, each session is built to help you progress at the right pace with full attention and support.

Tailored training program
You’ll still enjoy the same fun, challenging, and motivating exercises, including boxing, kickboxing, functional training, HIIT, resistance and weight training, and cardio. The difference is that your program is tailored specifically for you, rather than following a generic plan. Every exercise, intensity level, and progression is chosen to help you train safely, confidently, and effectively.
The time and location that suits you
If we don’t have the exact time or location that suits your needs, we offer flexible one-on-one Personal Training options. Unlike a Carrum Downs boot camp, personal training allows you to choose the time and location that works best for you. Your Trainer can even come to your home, giving you maximum convenience and privacy.
