Our sessions include all your favourite boot camp exercises, originally developed by our Gold Coast-based trainers including boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, functional training, weight training, cardio training, and more. The difference is that instead of a large, generalised boot camp, every session is fully personalised and designed around you. Your qualified Trainer takes the time to understand your goals, preferences, medical conditions, and injuries, so your training is truly individual.
