Since Kristie started Personal Training last year, she has seen so many improvements in herself; it’s not just the weight that is dropping off but her self-esteem has improved heaps and she can now see herself doing exercise for a long time.
Numerous fad diets
When Kristie decided to start Personal Training she had already been through numerous fad diets, shakes, tablets – but nothing had worked. She didn’t like what she saw in the mirror, she was depressed and feeling lethargic. Kristie decided that she wanted to play and interact with her children, not just watch them grow up. She decided to take the step to start doing Personal Training. Her goals were and still are to lose weight, get fitter and stronger, as well as feel great about herself.
Both mental and physical improvements
What Kristie enjoys most about training is the release of endorphins and being able to see the improvements in herself both mentally and physically. Her self-esteem has improved heaps, the weight is dropping off, her overall fitness and strength has improved, and Kristie loves being able to move easier and quicker. Her favourite exercises are boxing, sit ups and also mountain climbers. The least favourite one is without a doubt burpees.
The support of a Trainer
Having a Trainer that is passionate about training and wanting to help make a difference in people is another part that makes Kristie enjoy her training so much, she has trained with our Melbourne Franchisee Matthew Eddy since September last year and no two sessions have ever been the same. Matt has always been there for her even going through rough patches when she didn’t feel like training, he always encourages her to keep going and Kristie is always excited for her sessions. Kristie’s friends and family have also been very supportive and they can’t believe the changes in her.
Kristie will continue training for her goals and now she can see herself training for a long time to come, she has achieved so much in a short time, getting a Personal Trainer is the best decision she could have ever made. Kristie’s advice is to not be afraid to give Personal Training a go, and to remember to have fun!
