Meet Graham, Karenne and Mitch, a family that has been training together doing mobile Personal Training at their home.
This family decided to start doing Personal Training they had a few different goals that they wanted to achieve: Graham wanted to improve overall fitness and weight loss, Karenne wanted to exercise to get help with tiredness and general malaise, and for Mitch it was about stretching his abilities. For the family it was about being healthier and losing weight to live a longer life.
They can now jog
Since starting the mobile Personal Training, Graham has achieved part of his goals losing 8 kg in his first 3 months. As a whole they feel like they get through the day and function better without feeling so tired. The whole family is feeling stronger and can now jog! Mitch has improved a lot with his physical limitations, especially with his coordination.
Enjoying the training
As a family, they all enjoy training together with their trainer. They especially enjoy completing tasks in their workouts and doing things they never thought they could do. They all have their different favourite/least favourite exercises; Graham and Mitch like pushups whereas Karenne’s favourite is the boxing. Graham’s least favourite exercise is lunges, but Karenne and Mitch are not big fans of the plank.
The sky is the limit
The whole family loves training and they want to see how far they can go, they say the sky is the limit!
