Small Group Training with Fitness Enhancement Bondi

Research shows that as little as 5 minutes in a green space like a park or even your garden is enough to make you feel happier. Not only that but you’ll burn more calories when you exercise outside than you would on a treadmill or stationary bike. Being in the elements places more demands on the body and therefore requires more energy. The addition of  bone strengthening Vitamin D and you have all the reason you’d need to move your workout outdoors.

We mix it up

On any given day you could be running stairs, skipping, jumping, boxing, sprinting (or even lunging) up hills, running forward, backwards or sideways through a maze, hopping through an agility ladder, throwing a medicine ball or holding it over your head while performing  a sumo squat.

You may be counting reps, working to a time frame, or doing Interval training. You may be working in a high intensity zone, low intensity zone or focusing on core strength and stability work. The options are endless.

We bring the gym to you

Equipment includes but is not limited to:

– Resistance Bands

– Boxing kit (gloves,  kick shields, focus pads)
