Deb has struggled with severe depression for a long time. She has previously benefited from having a trainer when recovering from injuries and she knew it would also help with her depression, so she decided to get back into training with the help of Fitness Enhancement. It was a big step to take to get back into training for Deb, she knew it was going to be hard. Deb set herself the goal of gaining back her strength and increasing her fitness.
Regaining strength
After training for about six months Deb has now regained strength and is feeling that her body shape is starting to change. She is enjoying the training and the fact that she is achieving something. She does not have a favourite exercise per say, but she loves working with the weights. Push ups are her least favourite, but she still does them every now and then.
Taking it one day at a time
Deb continues to work on her strength and fitness goals, and is taking it one day at a time. Deb appreciates her trainer being very patient and caring with her through her journey to recovery.
