Can you outrun a bad diet?!

Outrun a bad diet smallRecent research claims that a bad diet full of sugar and bad carbohydrates is worse than physical inactivity, smoking and alcohol combined!

The experts are divided as to what they say about this, some say there is no way to outrun a bad diet but others completely disagree. The Fitness Enhancement team of experts (i.e. your Trainers) believe that a balanced diet in combination with exercise is the winning combination (it’s not harder than that!). We recommend eating a balanced and healthy diet with healthy carbs and not too much sugar, and also blending in some physical activity! You won’t be able to completely outrun a bad diet, but you can outrun a cheat meal here and there if you work hard enough in your training sessions.
