Fitness Enhancement Finalists for Three Fitness Industry Awards

I’m proud that we’re finalists for three awards at Friday night’s Fitness Industry Awards.

For our clients, these nominations are recognition of the people behind the service you receive. Your local Fitness Enhancement business is run by people who know their community and care about helping clients achieve their goals, while being supported by a bigger family-owned business with 27 years of experience.

Franchisee of the Year

Danielle Francis from Fitness Enhancement Springwood is a finalist for Franchisee of the Year.

Danielle has spent ten years as a franchisee building a team of 20 across her mobile personal training and disability support business. She is one of our absolute best and, I believe, one of the best in the industry.

awards franchisee of the yearHer nomination is a great example of why the Fitness Enhancement model works for clients. We chose to franchise because the person who owns a local business is often its most dedicated person. They are personally invested in the service their clients receive, the team they employ and the reputation they build in their community.

Danielle knows her clients, cares about the people in her local area and has built a business around helping people achieve the goals that matter to them. We are proud to have her representing our whole team.

Franchise Group or Brand of the Year

Fitness Enhancement is also a finalist for Franchise Group or Brand of the Year, after winning the award in 2023.awards franchise group of the year

We have grown considerably since then, but we are still a family-owned business, staying true to the values I started the business on as a 19-year-old in 1999. Those values have always been about giving people a more personal, practical and comfortable way to get fitter, stronger and healthier.

Being part of a national group gives every local Fitness Enhancement business the support and experience of a bigger team behind it. Your local business owner has access to education, systems and years of experience, while still providing the personal service of someone who knows you and understands your goals.

The national team is there to support the local business, so the local business can focus on supporting you and the people closest to you.

Most Inclusive and/or Diverse Program

Our Fit Your Ability division is a finalist for Most Inclusive and/or Diverse Program.

awards most inclusive diverse programThis is a broad category that recognises programs making fitness more accessible to communities the traditional fitness industry does not always cater to. Since becoming NDIS registered in 2019, we have been able to provide personal training and disability support to more people living with disability.

This experience has also made Fitness Enhancement better for every client. It has reinforced the importance of listening to the person in front of you, adapting around their circumstances and recognising that there is no one right way to get active.

Whether your barrier is confidence, age, injury, a health condition, a busy lifestyle or simply not feeling comfortable in a gym, our team is here to help you find an approach that works for you.
