If it’s been a while since you did some exercise, we’ll make sure you start out very gently. If you have some health concerns, that’s ok too! We can work around with any injuries you may have. We strongly believe that exercise is for everyone no matter their age or limitations they may have! Our Trainers service most major cities Australia-wide. We understand that you may want to workout in the comfort of your own home and that’s why our Trainers come to you! This is also a very convenient option as you don’t have to leave your house to go to a Gym! There are plenty of gentle and safe exercises suited for older adults that can be done with minimal equipment in your home. Our Trainers tailor every workout to suit your individual needs and goals. We can even make you a training program and give you some exercises you can practice on when you’re not seeing your Trainer!
