Specialising in Personal Training for all abilities
Everyone knows that exercise has important physical and mental health benefits โ these benefits are for people of all abilities. However sometimes for people living with a disability, traditional gym memberships can be intimidating, and the busy, noisy setting can be overwhelming, especially if you donโt know what to do to achieve your goals. This is where Fitness Enhancement Personal Training can help. Our one-on-one Personal Training sessions are 100% private, so you can feel comfortable whether you train in your own home, at the local park, one of our private studios, or somewhere else you choose. For eligible participants with NDIS (National disability Insurance Scheme) funding.
