Health and fitness sessions for eligible participants

Here at Fitness Enhancement, we are proud to be able to provide Personal Training sessions for eligible National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. Absolutely everyone will benefit from exercise and we firmly believe that everyone should have a chance to do so safely and effectively! We understand that traditional Gyms are not for everyone as they can feel intimidating or be hard to access for people in wheelchairs. Our NDIS registered Personal Trainers will come to your home or any other location you wish to use. We will bring all the equipment needed for your fitness training session and make exercising as easy and comfortable as it can be.

Working together towards your goals

Our Personal Trainers are happy to work with other allied health professionals such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists to make sure you get the most benefit out of your training sessions. We can work with various line items in your plan including health and wellbeing and community participation. We have heaps of training options to suit a variety of needs and goals. We have clients with cerebral palsy, in wheelchairs, with ASD, with down syndrome and also with different mental health conditions.
