Personal Background
Lea struggled with yoyo dieting through her younger years, it wasn’t until her early 40s when a number of health issues started to arise, osteoarthritis, back pain, depression and a whole lot of weight gain just to name a few. Lea’s interest in a natural, holistic approach to healthcare and changes to her lifestyle led to improving her own quality of life, and deciding to help others on the same pathway. She says “It may not always be comfortable or easy but movement truly is my medicine.”
Lea is friendly, calm, caring and organised. She relates well to other people who love a laugh and want to enjoy the company and connection of others. She wants to help clients to improve their quality of life, by building a strong resilient body and mind
Hobbies
Lea enjoys getting her hands dirty in the garden and enjoying the rewards of picking fresh fruit and veg! She loves baking banana bread and baked cheesecake. Her husband is an ex-chef so between them they are both food lovers – she often jokes that she trains for her pizza.
Lea is a nature lover and enjoys any activities that get her outside in the fresh air & sunshine.
