Support from her Trainers
Kaye-Renay started her fitness journey with Fitness Enhancement Trainers Ida and Natalie about 9 months ago at our 100% private Gold Coast Personal Training studio. After trying many different forms of exercise and having a home gym that never got used, she decided it was time to try something different. Kaye-Renay had been attending gyms in the past, but never felt she was getting enough support or encouragement for her goals. She had also suffered from lower back issues for years before starting up her regular workouts.
Strengthening her low back
After working in the same line of physical, fast-paced work for over 10 years, Kaye-Renay suffered a back injury at work whilst lifting a heavy box. Strengthening her back was one of the main goals Kaye-Renay was looking to achieve with Personal Training sessions. She wanted to focus on building up her core strength and to improve her fitness level even more to prevent any future injuries and problems and to be more functional in her everyday life and at work.
100% private Personal Training
With the completely private Personal Training sessions, she feels more motivated and supported by her Trainers than ever before. Both her Trainers have been amazing at modifying her training sessions and exercises to suit her back injury and helped to improve her fitness and strengthen her core. Kaye-Renay feels she gets 100% out of each and every session without feeling any pain and loves how each session is different than the previous one. With the help and support of her Trainers, Kaye-Renay now feels stronger than she’s ever felt!

I’d just liked to thank my Trainers Ida and Natalie for being so amazing! They always have my best interest at heart and make sure my technique is correct and that I’m giving it 100%. I know I’m going to have a great session each and every time. The studio has a great environment, and easy to work around if I need to change my times, since all the other Trainers I’ve had have been great too.
Favourite exercise:
Everything – The surprise of waiting to see what’s installed for me each session! Although, I do enjoy making progress with chin ups and push ups, which I have never been able to do…ever!
Least favourite exercise:
Burpees with my boxing gloves on.
Future goals:
I look forward to getting back to 100% from my back injury, I’m almost there! And continuing building my strength as well as feeling and looking great for summer this year! I really want to physically start trying new things I’ve never tried before like indoor rock climbing, water skiing or a small marathon. Anything really out of my comfort zone.
