Log your Personal Training sessions and any other workout you do and have the extra calories burnt accounted for in your day. Log in with your Trainer for the last 10 minutes of your next session, or book an extra session for a little extra support and feedback from your Trainer. Your Trainer will be there to support and guide you through your diary and give you the added support and personal attention that an online program can’t.
