When Lisa started personal training over 2 years ago at our Gold Coast Personal Training Studio, her goal was not necessarily to lose weight; her main goal was and still is to feel fitter and stronger as she grows older.

Training outdoors

Lisa has reached great results with her mobile Personal Trainer Scott Baker, training twice a week outdoors in Brisbane City Botanical Gardens. Regular exercise has given Lisa the mental benefits of more energy and she feels less stressed, she thinks exercising outdoors in itself has helped with energy and feeling better in herself. She feels physically stronger and has a lot more muscle tone and definition in her arms, back, and legs – to the point where people comment positively on her appearance which is a great motivator! Regular exercise with her trainer has also given Lisa boosted self-esteem and confidence which is a great thing for other aspects of life, for example work, studying, and socialising.

Doing it right

Having a Fitness Enhancement Personal Trainer has been a great experience for Lisa, she is a big believer in the quote “If you are going to do something, make sure you do it right” and she says her trainer Scott has been great in ensuring that her technique is correct in all exercises and therefore she has reaped the benefits from doing to exercise correctly. Lisa says “No matter what goal or reason you have for wanting to exercise, if you focus on your goals and you really want to achieve them, then nothing should stop you.”
