Fitness Enhancement has exclusive access to the SYC Gym! The Gym is only available to SYC Gold members and our Trainers. If you’re not a member, consider buying a Gold membership, even if you’re not a boat owner there’s so many perks, as well as being able to have us train you in the Gym. Don’t want to join SYC? No worries, we can come you anywhere else you like in the Main Beach area, or you can come to our Gold Coast Personal Training Studio.
Our Personal Trainers at SYC Gym will work around your busy schedule. It’s just you and your Trainer in the exclusive Southport Yacht Club Gym and occasionally just another Gold member or two. With the Gym’s spectacular views, you’ll feel even more motivated to work hard in your Personal Training sessions!
We have male and female Personal Trainers available for all Gold members at the SYC Gym. Our Trainers are always professional, friendly and down-to-earth. We make sure you get a workout that you love plus you never have to do the same session twice!
