Personal Trainer, sales & admin roles with the PT Employer of the Year.

Client Care Role:

This role, based at our PT studio and head office at 9 Jupiter Plaza 20 Lawrence Drive, Nerang, offers 15 to 40 hours a week as an employee. Hours will depend on your skill set, goals and availability. While you’ll train personal training clients, your primary focus will depend on your experience and passion in at least one of the following areas:

  • Sales consultant, reception and fitness administration
  • NDIS administration, compliance, and accounts
  • Disability support work
  • Reception or allied health sector experience
  • Exceptional gym membership or personal training sales skills
  • Building a vibrant customer community, both online and offline
  • Franchise industry skills applicable to business growth
  • Experience as a Personal Training or Gym manager
  • Bookkeeping skills
  • Disability sector experience
  • Proven success in brand expansion

We welcome applicants with both a small amount or a large amount of experience in any of the above to fulfill different roles and cater to our rapid growth.

Personal training qualifications are mandatory. If new to personal training, highlight your transferable skills. Experience in disability training is not essential; we value passion and empathy. For a quarter of a century, we’ve been focused on helping people who can’t or won’t go to a gym achieve results with a caring and down-to-earth personal trainer. We’ve grown to from just our owner Scott Hunt to a team of staff and franchisees across 8 cities with a focus on in-home personal training. Despite our size, our head office and PT studio in Nerang remains small, friendly, and personal.
