Great location for an outdoor workout
It’s just a short walk from the local shops, and would make for a great spot to stop off on your way home from work. We all know that it can be hard to make time for your workouts, but if you make your local park a regular stop on your way home, habit will mean you get your exercise in, and remember, our mobile personal trainers can meet you anywhere. Try this simple (but not easy) workout for toned and strong legs!
50 Donkey Kicks on each Leg
1 Minute Wall Sit (against a tree, or the gazeebo)
50 Side Lying Leg Raise on each leg
50 Glute Bridge
Repeat 3 times through for a guaranteed burn! This is a great workout if you have knee pain, as we are working on strengthening the leg muscles without putting pressure through the joints, but please check with your doctor if you are new to exercise.
