Life changes
Julie’s husband passed away suddenly at age 51. It was during this tough time that Julie decided she wanted to make some positive life changes to make sure she would be around for her two sons for many years to come. Initially the goal was to lose weight and generally improve her health.
Reducing size and increasing energy
Since training regularly with her Personal Trainer Troy Julie has dropped in clothes size and feels better within herself. She has also been pleasantly surprised at the increase in her energy levels. Julie particularly enjoys the banter between herself and her Trainer Troy. He has been very understanding of all her emotions during each sessions. Troy says “Julie is a very strong woman, both emotionally, and now physically!”

Future goals
Ongoing goals for Julie include continuing to lose weight for a cruise she has coming up in January 2017, and establishing great habits to set her up for a long and healthy life.
Julie says “Troy is a great support and help not only in the training side of things but he is a good sounding board when I am feeling low as it has been an emotional time and he always has the answers even if it takes me a few weeks to take them on board. He also shows a lot of interest in my dog Randall who loves Troy coming and playing with him every session.”
