Jen and Tom wanted to make fitness a part of their lifestyle and do something positive together. They figured if they could get through Personal Training together, marriage will be a piece of cake!
Lifestyle change
When Jen and Tom moved to a new area, they couldn’t find a gym that was conveniently close by. After the chaos of moving, they wanted to make fitness part of their lifestyle and do something positive together, so they found Fitness Enhancement and realised that a mobile Trainer would be the perfect way to go. Jen and Tom were preparing for their upcoming wedding and a part of their goal was to look healthy feel good about themselves, while at the same time create a long term healthy fitness routine.
Excellent results
After doing mobile Personal Training for three months, both Jen and Tom are feeling great; they are much healthier, enthusiastic for exercise, have more energy and they are toning up. They are also eating healthier which is easier with the help from their Trainer Troy Symons, our Beenleigh franchisee, he helps out with tips and suggestions on how they can improve their diet and portion control. Their favourite thing about the training is the variety of exercises and Troy’s positive energy, Jan says ‘He always arrives full of enthusiasm and motivates us for the day.’ When the session is done, Jen and Tom feel a sense of satisfaction and it is easy to stay healthy for the day. Jen’s favourite exercise is lunges whereas Tom likes anything with weights and balance. Jen’s least favourite exercise is crab crawls and Tom could do without the pain of stretching – But getting outside their comfort zone is all part of the fun!
Future goals
For the future they want to continue their training and continue feeling good and have energy for their fabulous life, Tom also wants to complete the Three Peaks Bike Ride and strengthen his core to improve his golf handicap.
