Who Fitness Enhancement Is For
1. New to exercise
Starting can feel intimidating when you are not sure what to do or where to begin. We help beginners start at a level that feels manageable, with a trainer who guides you step by step.
2. Getting back into fitness
Life gets busy, and it is normal to lose routine. Whether it has been months or years since you last exercised, we can help you ease back in without feeling overwhelmed.
3. Not comfortable in gyms
Not everyone likes busy gyms, mirrors, crowds, or feeling watched while they exercise. Fitness Enhancement gives you other ways to train, including mobile personal training and 100% private studios in some areas.
4. Busy and need flexibility
If getting to a gym feels like one more thing to fit in, a mobile personal trainer may be able to come to your home, workplace or local park, depending on your area.
5. Over 50 or a senior
Fitness later in life is about staying strong, mobile, and confident. We help older adults work on strength, balance, mobility, and everyday movement in a safe and practical way.
6. Returning after injury
Getting back into exercise after an injury can feel frustrating or worrying. Your trainer can adapt sessions around your limitations and work within any relevant medical or allied health guidance.
7. NDIS participants
Fitness Enhancement supports NDIS participants with personal training, disability support and active support, depending on their individual plan, goals, funding, and support needs.
Sessions can be adapted around each person’s ability, confidence, communication style and goals.
8. Want support without pressure
Not everyone wants a bootcamp, or a trainer yelling at them. Some people simply want to move more, feel better, build strength and have someone keep them accountable in a way that feels positive.
Training That Works Around You
Depending on your location and what is available in your area, training may take place in your home, workplace, local park, a 100% private Fitness Enhancement studio, or a small group setting.
Your trainer will consider your goals, fitness level, confidence, health history, and lifestyle before planning your sessions. The aim is to help you start where you are and build from there.
Not sure where to fit? You do not need to know exactly what type of training you need before getting in touch.
Tell us where you are starting from, what you want help with, and what has made exercise difficult in the past. We can help point you in the right direction and let you know what options may be available near you.
