Our Gold Coast Boot Camps are packed full of the best exercises to shed kilos and get you in the best shape of your life.
You will never do the same workout twice! Every single session is different and packed full of Boot Camp exercises as well as a variety of Kickboxing, Boxing, body weight exercises, machine weights, ab work, fit balls, medicine balls, exercise bikes and a whole lot more.
Our Boot Camps cater to all fitness levels and are designed to let you work at your own pace. Your Boot Camp Trainer is there to take you to your limit, not past it. If there's anything you see in the video on the right that you can't do, don't worry your Trainer is there to find an alternative you can do, withour making you feel like the odd one out.

If you’re already fit and like a challenge, your Boot Camp Trainer will make it the hardest session of your life. With a over a decade of experience we have thousands of Boot Camp exercises that are guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level!
Our Boot Camps, Kickboxing and Boxing circuits are typically under 12 people a session with no need to pre book. Although these classes are open to anyone, we ensure they are kept small and personal to garuantee you the best results possible. Your results come first!
Our Boot Camps are in our professional and air conditioned Gold Coast Personal Training Gym, so it won’t take you a week to get the sand out like other Boot Camps at the beach! Your comfort and safety comes first, so unlike other Boot Camps or Crossfit Gold Coast sessions, you won’t have to piggy back someone you have just met! Our Boot Camp Gym is also 100% private so unlike Boot Camps on Surfers Paradise beach there’s no hecklers! It’s just you, your group and your Trainer working towards a common goal – Results!
Both our Boot Camps and Kickboxing circuits are similar, so if you love one, you will definetely like the other. Kickboxing Circuits are about 80% Kickboxing and 20% of the other exercises you see in the video. Whereas Boot Camps are about 20% Kickboxing and 80% of the other exercises you see in the video. And yes, they are both a similar intensity so just come along and give it a go, with no joining fees, membership fees, or lock in contracts what have you got to lose?
