We often have people asking us ‘But don’t you need a gym to work out?’ One of our specialties at Fitness Enhancement is Mobile Personal Training, where WE come to YOU, it might be at your home, at your business, in a park or wherever suits you. We really believe that there are hundreds of thousands of exercise you can do by using you body and a few pieces of select equipment in a functional manner. You don’t NEED a bunch of bulky, single exercise machines bolted to the floor in order to get a proper workout. Just check out the video of our Trainers getting creative with a step. A step is a simple piece of equipment that most people have access to – or something similar. This could be replicated in your home on a sturdy chair, stool or a step or outdoors on a low brick wall, a large boulder or anything raised off the ground that is sturdy enough to hold your weight.
