Early Years

Dave loved playing all kinds of sports growing up in the Penrith area in the lower Blue Mountains. Competing in little athletics, tennis, swimming, soccer and rugby. He has worked in a few different fields including sales, warehousing and the building industry. However, his passion for helping people change their lives has always been his biggest motivator. The fitness industry has been his home for the past 10 years. We are very excited to welcome him aboard not only as a Trainer but also our newest Franchisee!

Rewarding career

Dave’s favourite thing about working in Fitness is that he literally helps people change their lives. The feeling when your client walks in with their shoulders back and head held high is what he lives for! He has shared so many amazing transformations over the years, one of the most notable being a client who lost 100kg! Losing weight is not just about the physical weight loss, but just as important are the life changes that come with it. This client increased his health, his self-worth, his confidence, he got a promotion at work, had more successful relationships and completely changed his outlook on life.

Dave is our newest franchisee, but he has spent over 10 years working in the fitness industry on his own. He has had success working as a Trainer paying rent in a big box gym. Despite his success, he reached a point where he found he couldn’t progress any further. Dave found himself searching for a way to keep working in the fitness industry that would allow him to tailor his life around his family.

Dave is a dad to three beautiful girls, and he found working in a gym he was always working for other people on their terms. He needed to find the freedom and control over his business for a work-life balance. Lucky for us, a Fitness Enhancement franchise ticked all his boxes and we are excited to welcome him into the family.
