Our Top 10 Defining Achievements of 2025

2025 marked our 26th year in business, and while that longevity matters, what matters more is that we’re still learning, improving, growing, and finding better ways to support our team and our clients every single day.

It’s genuinely difficult to narrow this down to just ten. Every client, staff member, and franchisee has had their own individual wins this year, and you should all be proud. What follows are the 10 achievements from 2025 that, from franchising head office, we believe had the biggest collective impact across the entire network.

1. Average Franchisee Revenue Up 35%

Across all franchisees, some of whom have been with us for more than a decade, the average franchisee revenue increased by over 35%. In a low-overhead model, that translates directly to stronger profits, happier franchisees, and, just as importantly, means the average franchisee is helping around 35% more people achieve their goals.

2. National TV Exposure

We were featured live nationally on the Today Show across multiple segments, alongside AUSactive and other industry leaders, and also had our own dedicated segment on Channel 9 News filmed at my studio. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the great work our team and the fitness industry as a whole does every day. This exposure allowed us to educate a wider audience on the importance of qualified personal trainers and accessible fitness services.

3. Expansion Into Disability Support Work

As the only fitness company holding the disability support NDIS registrations we have, we expanded further into disability support work. This allows us to support more people with a disability throughout the day, across their various activities, and often creates half-day or full-day shifts for our PTs and disability support workers. Stay tuned for some big announcements in 2026.

4. Record Disability Expo Engagement

We attended more disability expos than ever before, speaking one-on-one, face-to-face with over 10,000 different people nationwide. As the only fitness provider at these events, our primary focus is spreading awareness that fitness truly is for all abilities and encouraging people with a disability to get active. We also, of course, gain a lot of clients through this work.

5. Leading the Industry Conversation

I presented at some of Australia’s biggest fitness industry events, including Beyond Active, the Australian Fitness Show, and the Healthy Ageing Institute, as well as many smaller presentations and podcasts. These platforms were used to help make our industry more inclusive to all abilities and to educate personal trainers on best practice, regardless of a client’s ability.

6. Parliament House Representation

I was selected to represent the fitness industry, alongside other industry leaders, at Parliament House through our governing body, AUSactive. It was a privilege to play a role in raising industry standards and working toward greater government support.

All internal training and education was redeveloped in alignment with NDIS requirements. Every franchisee and staff member completes our training, helping our franchisees deliver best practice without them having to train their staff in every single area. We also completed our 18-month NDIS audit in December, giving us the opportunity to showcase our systems, standards, and the new education framework we’ve built since our last audit. All of this happens at no extra cost or effort to franchisees.

8. Major CRM Upgrades

Our custom-built CRM, Fit Your Clients, received significant upgrades in 2025, supporting lead flow, NDIS compliance, staff management workflows, education, client retention, marketing, and much more. What we’ve built here is part of the franchise system you receive at no additional cost. We’re always happy to show you some of the behind-the-scenes in a one-on-one chat if you’re serious about coming on board.

9. Franchise Network Growth

Our total number of franchisees dramatically grew, as did their staff numbers, which saw us expand to new cities and increase coverage in existing cities where we were previously turning away people who wanted our help.
For our franchisees, large exclusive territories mean that more franchisees equals more teammates, not competitors. Everyone is working toward a shared goal. We’re stronger together, and it’s been great to see the strength in numbers and collaboration across the network.

10. Long-Term Franchisee Retention

There’s no better proof of happy franchisees than this. Every single franchisee who has been with us for between 2 and 12 years chose to continue on. This is a testament not just to the quality of the system, but to the quality of our franchisees, our team, and the family-like camaraderie we’ve built while growing together over the long term.

Looking Ahead to 2026

I feel like I say this every year, but I’m saying it again. 2026, our 27th year in business, will be our biggest and best yet, with some exciting things already in motion. Hopefully, you’ll be part of those achievements.
