Active childhood
Tehnille is not only a Trainer but also a PT franchisee. Growing up in the Western Sydney suburb of Toongabbie she had an active childhood and played softball from the young age of 5 years old. She also competed in swimming from a similar age. Her childhood home isn’t too far away; she now lives about 40 minutes South in the suburb of Gregory Hills. A lady of many talents, Tehnille has tried her hand at a variety of different careers before settling into Personal Training. Tehnille has worked on the roads in traffic control, in homes with domestic cleaning, in warehouses and even waited tables and tended bar at pubs.
Inspiration and PT Franchisee
When Tehnille started dating her now-husband back in 2012, his enjoyment in working out and looking after his body and health inspired her to give it a try. She not only got into the gym and gave it a go, but she fell in love with health and fitness. She made the decision that she wanted to make her career out of helping others find that same passion for health that she had discovered in looking after her body. That was many years ago now, and Tehnille is still going strong and loving it just as much as she did way back then. In fact now she is even more invested because as a PT franchisee she owns her own business.
Busy mum
Life has changed just a little bit in the last few years as Tehnille is not only a busy working woman, but along with her husband Chris, she is now a busy mum to three adorable little boys – ages 1-5. You can imagine that their life is a little chaotic but so full of fun, laughter and positive energy, they wouldn’t have it any other way!
