You can choose one-on-one Personal Training, or at no extra charge, you may ask up to four friends or family to join you. We help you set a realistic goal, give you a journal to keep track of your exercise and nutrition, take your measurements and fitness tests periodically to track not only weight loss, but improvements in all areas of health and fitness. All our Gregory Hills Personal Trainers are fully qualified, registered and insured, so you know you’re in good hands.
