Glen has been a fitness force for decades, helping friends and family in the gym. Now, armed with Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness, he’s turned his passion for helping others into a fulfilling career.
Glen’s life is all about sports and fitness — coaching soccer, mountain biking, dirt biking, running, and gym workouts. He’s a dad of two young adults, believing in the power of fitness for families.
With a background in martial arts and teaching kids’ classes, Glen’s approach to fitness is well-rounded. He once embraced CrossFit but now enjoys a six-day gym routine focused on resistance training. Beyond the gym, he loves road biking and exploring nature with his partner. Having lived in Queenstown, New Zealand, he enjoyed outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and biking.
He is known for his genuine and caring nature, he adapts his training style to connect with individuals, making sessions comfortable and productive.
