We can meet you in one of the beautiful parks in Mermaid Beach or you can train in the privacy of your own home! With our mobile Personal Training sessions you don’t need to worry about anything else than turning up to your session. Your Trainer will bring all the equipment needed to make your workout fun and efficient.
