More than just a workout
We believe functional training should be developed around you and your unique goals. Unlike CrossFit and similar functional training workouts, we don’t expect you to fit in around our workout. We’re here to fit in with you and your unique goals, so we can tailor every exercise in every session to suit our clients. If CrossFit flares up injuries, is too intense or you simply don’t like some of the exercises, then PT8 is a better fit for you! One of our Certified Personal Trainers will work closely with you and your small group in every session.
More variety for a functional life
Our PT8 Small Group Personal Training sessions are fun, functional and they get results. Plus you get to train in the comfort and privacy of our air-conditioned studio with our state-of-the-art heart rate monitoring system to ensure every person works in the right zone for their needs in every session. We incorporate many kinds of functional training, we’re not “anti-cardio” we can include exercise bikes, treadmills and rowing machines as well as kettlebells, fit balls, battle ropes, free weights and suspension trainers. We love to use Kickboxing and Boxing fitness drills, you’ll get a pair of gloves and be punching real punching bags for real results!
