Your 60 Minutes
When you schedule a 60 minute session with one of our Brisbane Personal Trainers, during that session your Trainer is 100 % focused on you and your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, need help training for an athletic event, or just need to get in better shape, your fitness instructor will listen to your goals and get you there!
Sessions That Are Private
You will see results quicker when you are exercising one-on-one with your Personal Trainer. During your 60 minutes, you and your Trainer are focused on your needs and goals, you don’t have to worry about anyone watching or competing. We also have Personal Trainers in Newstead, Ascot, Redcliffe, Bridgeman Downs and Wynnum.
