Fantastic effort put in by Helen at Beenleigh Boot Camp this morning, even though she was feeling under the weather she really kept going and pushed through the session. I had a good chance to sit down and talk to her about her nutrition as well and felt that I really helped with this plus she got the attention that people normally get in a one on one Personal Training session in Beenleigh. There was another awesome effort by Shannon who is also one of my mobile personal training clients who lives in Logan Village about 20 minutes from Beenleigh. She is trying to get in the police force and loves the boot camps. I normally start them off by doing some boxing and going for a run. We use a variety of equipment such as medicine balls, free weights, skipping ropes and battle ropes, we also do a number of body weight exercises such as lunges, squats, push ups, burpees and loads of other variations. I will also throw in some sprint drills and play some games and finish off by doing core exercises. At the end of session we normally have a chat about nutrition and how well that have been doing with their diet.
