Queens Park is a small retreat from the busy streets located on Mt Alexander Rd & Kellaway Ave in Moonee Ponds. It is a great park to bring the family down for a bbq or a game of frisbee. – Entre via The Strand just off Mt Alexander Rd.
– Run to the left along the path as you pass the outside pool you will come to a hut situated just off the edge of the pond to your right hand side.
– Do 30 high knees
– Run to the closest picnic bench and do 20 squats to bench level
– Run to the play ground to the monkey bars and do 4 of them up and back equals 1.
– Run a bit further to the next picnic bench where you will do 20 incline push ups.
– Lastly sprint to the big memorial shrine roughly 100meters away.
Do as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
