One on One sessions

As a 100% private personal training company we specialise in one on one training. Our one on one training is perfect for those that want a more specific style of training or just want the privacy of having the trainer all to themselves. With training one on one we can provide you with all the attention to get a more specialised and personalised session suited to you and your needs and is safer as we can keep an eye on your techniques without having to worry about anyone else but you.

Small group Training

We also offer small group training, we like to keep the sessions small to keep that more personalised touch within our sessions. Training in Local Parks

As Mobile Personal Trainers we can come to your home or we can also meet you at a local park where you may feel more comfortable. This is also a great option if you have limited space! There is a great park located in Forestdale, Paradise Park, that would be perfect for either one on one sessions or has great space for our small group sessions.
