Our group fitness sessions are aimed at gaining maximum participation, and having employees working together to challenge themselves. We often utilize partner exercises where team mates work in tandem to complete exercises. All members of the group support and encourage each other throughout the session, and each completed session is a combined achievement to celebrate.
