Am I fit enough to train?
Fact: there is no minimum fitness level you need to achieve in order to be ready to start with a Trainer.
The entire job role of the Personal Trainer is to help motivate you to get moving. We have worked with clients of all ability levels, all fitness levels, all ages, weight, injuries – we even train clients who are confined to wheelchairs. Wherever you are on your fitness journey, your Trainer will help motivate you to go further. If you’re starting out at a 0, we’ll push you to a 1. If you’re already at a 5, we’ll push you to a 6.
Now you may have a pre-conceived idea that all Trainers are like the ones you see on TV, who yell and scream and make you sprint up hills until you throw up. We will show you that at Fitness Enhancement we’re different. We are here to accommodate any and all clients, especially the ones who may not feel comfortable in a traditional gym setting. We are 100% private, we can work with you in the privacy of your own home or our private Personal Training studios. We can use just a few simple pieces of equipment and your bodyweight to get you started, and we’ll increase the challenge as you increase your fitness.
Your Trainer will hold you accountable
If you haven’t ‘got fit’ on your own yet, chances are you’re struggling to get started and get motivated. It’s very easy at the end of a long day at work and dealing with the kids, to run out of time, and then something comes up on the weekend, and you postpone it till next week.. and before you know it another month has gone by and you haven’t started yet. The beauty of having a Personal Training session booked in, is that you have a time and date pre-planned and locked in. You have a commitment to your Trainer and to yourself. The Trainer will be calling you and making sure you’re ready.
