Head down to Karoola Park in Muswellbrook where there is play equipment and plenty of room to run around for the kids, as well as Netball courts for the kids to ride Bikes, Skateboards or Rollerblade. As well as Gym equipment there to use as the kids play.
These stairs are a little uneven and quite steep so maybe try 2 sprint sets ending up on Victoria Rd at the end of the second set.

For a simple, yet effective workout see below.
We are going to Work for 45 secs, then rest for 15 secs.
During the rest period (15 secs) you will make your way to the next piece of equipment.
Exercise:
- Leg press
- Push Ups (Park Seat)
- Step Ups (On the Play Equipment)
- Rowing
- Tricep Dips (Bench next to the Netball Court)
- Cycling
