Sovereign Islands Amenities
As a gated community, residents pay homeowners association fees for their fantastic amenities. Security keeps watch at the gated entrance, the roads are paved with brick, street lights and large canary palm trees line the expansive streetscapes. The islands have expansive parks, and all properties have deepwater moorings and direct ocean access suitable for large ocean-going motor vessels and yachts. The area is protected by South Stradbroke Island off the coast, and the quiet waters of the Broadwater often contain dolphins or manatees.
