Forget overcrowded group exercise classes at the gym, or sweating it out in the heat at the park! Our PT8 Small Group Personal Training sessions are fun, simple and they work. Plus you get to train in the comfort and privacy of a private, air-conditioned studio with our state-of-the-art heart rate monitoring system to ensure every person works in their correct zone in every session. Each class is run by one of our Certified Personal Trainers and is an awesome fat burning workout. We love to use Kickboxing and Boxing fitness drills, but you’ll never have to punch the air, you’ll get a pair of gloves and be punching real punching bags for real results! We don’t just limit our sessions to punching and kicking, we incorporate many kinds of functional training, HIIT, exercise bikes, kettlebells, fit balls, battle ropes, free weights, suspension trainers and much more.

Small class sizes, big results
We customise our sessions around your fitness level and goals. Most other groups fitness sessions out there are completely generic, with classes so large they can’t be personal. A group exercise class designed for the masses will never work as well as a class custom made by a Personal Trainer for you and a small group of just 8 people. You don’t have to worry about getting lost in a big crowded room, or feel uncomfortable asking for help. Our classes are different, because we make sure no one feels out of place, and with just 8 people in the room, you will get plenty of time and attention for your Trainer.
