Our Studio is located 9 Jupiter Plaza, 12-20 Lawrence Drv, Nerang (just off the M1 and Nerang Broadbeach Road). Bookings are required via phone or email for your first class so we can get to know you. If you decide to join bookings can be done via our app after that.

Our Group PT sessions have max 8 people per sessions and you can do as many classes as you like! Simply book in via our app when you’re a member or call or email us to try your first one for free.

We are always adding new times and locations based on demand, so let us know what times suit you!
