Grassy area workout
For a warm up start by running to end of the foot path to the right of the park and back again, do this 2 – 3 times but don’t go too hard to fast as this is just to get your muscled warmed up. Find a grassy area (under a tree if you like) and here you will start with 20 squats followed up by 10 lunges up and back to your starting point, once you get back to that point complete 15 jump squats followed by a squat hold for 30 seconds. Have a 1 minute break and repeat 2 – 3 times. Run to the end of the path and back at the end of your 2ndor 3rd set.
Undercover workout
Head to the undercover area where you will see some benches, perform 10 step ups each side on the bench followed by 15-20 push ups (use the bench if you can’t quite do them on the floor), directly after do 20 tricep dips followed by 10 box jumps on to the bench and finish the set with a 45 second plank. Repeat 2 – 3times.
For your cooldown find a shady area and have a good stretch and make sure you take some fluids in.
