Great Outdoor Surroundings
So why just jump on the treadmill when you could be in the great outdoors amongst nature getting a great workout, give ‘The Springwood stairs of death’ a go it should only take about 5 minutes at a moderate pace, so this is the best thing to do if you are time poor and can be done at any fitness level, but don’t just do it once up and down try at least 3 to 5 times to get an awesome leg burning workout. For the fitness fanatics try and challenge yourself by putting a time requirement on it and try to beat that time every time you do it. Also challenge your mates to beat your times to make it into a competition as competition gets people motivated and will get your friends interested and into some fitness as well.

The park also offers free parking, public toilets, walking tracks/ circuits with different lengths for different fitness levels, even a wheel chair circuit so everyone can enjoy the beauty of the park and the Stringybark lookout. So if ‘The Stairs of Death’ scare you off a bit just give the walking tracks/circuits a go.
