Shuttle Run Workout
Find a nice space to yourself and for a warm up. Perform 20 star jumps, 10 squats, 10 push ups and high knees for 30 seconds, remember this is just to get your muscles warm and not to exert yourself too much.
After your warm up find an open area on the grass or in the shade (plenty around) and set up some markers, this could be a t-shirt or a drink bottle etc and set them apart in line with each other 50 – 100 meters apart. Run between the markers and when you reach each marker perform another exercise, for example at the first marker you could do 10-20 push ups, run back to the other marker and do 10 jump squats and keep on doing this with different exercises for 6 – 10 laps (1 lap is up, 1 is back).
Playground Workout
Head over to the playground and find a rope climb and perform 10-20 pull ups, find a bench and perform 20 tricep dips, 20 push ups (can use bench to make it easier), 20 squats or for added difficulty 20 split squats (one foot on the bench other on the floor in a lunge position and do 10 each side). Do 3 sets. Find a cool area in the shade and have a stretch and cool down.
