Set up the workout
Please ensure you have clearance from your doctor to workout especially if you have any existing medical conditions or injuries. Our personal trainers are all experienced in working around injuries and illnesses, so if you need a more personalised plan, please call us and see how we can help.
For this workout you will need a skipping rope and a timer, both of which can be picked up very easily and cheaply from many stores.
The Circuit
In between each exercise we are going to skip for 30 seconds. This will keep the heart rate up, meaning not only more calories burned, but also seriously improving your cardiovascular fitness.
Try to get through the circuit without resting, but always remember to work at your own pace, and if you need to rest that’s okay too, over time your fitness will improve and you’ll be able to do more and more. We also have Personal Trainers in Redcliffe and North Lakes!

2: Push Ups 30 Seconds, Skip 30 Seconds
3: Lunge 30 Seconds, Skip 30 Seconds
4: Plank 30 Seconds, Skip 30 Seconds
Rest
