Simple and easy workout

This workout only goes for a short while, but you’ll know you’ve had a workout at the end. And the best part, all you need is a watch/timer and a pair of runners. Rest when needed, drink water often and record you time on completion so you can aim to smash it next time! Here goes…

Pick a starting point and set your watch/timer for a 1-minute count down. Ready, set… go! Sprint/run/jog as hard you can and every 60 seconds, stop, conduct 5 squats and 5 push ups, jump up and keep going! The aim of this session is to complete 5 laps of the oval as fast as possible. Remember, the longer it takes, the more squats and push ups you end up doing! Remember to time yourself, so you’ve got a benchmark to beat next time.
