Basketball Court Workout
For a warm up run around the track once and come back to the basketball court and perform 10 burpees followed by 10 squats, by this stage you should be feeling warm. This should take you about 4 – 5 minutes.
Start at one end of court and run to other end as fast as you can then back to start, this is classified as 2 laps, perform 15 jump squats, run 4 laps and then do 10 – 20 push ups, do 6 laps and perform 20 squat jacks at the end. To finish off perform lunges to the other end of the court and crab walk squats back to the start.
Playground Workout
Head over to the playground where you will find a net that kids can climb on, find a suitable area where you can perform 20 pull ups followed by 15-20 wide grip push ups, 20 sumo squats and 30 seconds of high knees as fast as you can. Perform this circuit 2-3 times.
